Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at around 7-30 p.m.
It was muggy and overcast.
A warm breeze blew from the south west.
The Little Tern nest site was silent.
In contrast, loud swearing voices drifted from the dunes.
Out in the bay a Silent Sea Serpent surfaced.
They headed up the big slope and along the "easy" route.
"Evening Mate."
It was BOB O'CLOCK!
8-08 p.m.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.
No drink this visit.
A couple with a Labrador headed south on the beach below.
No Sand Martins this evening.
An oil rig for company.
Oil Rig into Hartlepool for decommissioning.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.
A not so slow walk back
It felt like it could rain.
It did indeed when they were around thirty seconds away from the van.
BEACH BUOY.
