SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL. 1 JULY 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 6-40 p.m.

A family group had rushed to the sea.

It was overcast.

A mild breeze blew from the north west.

The tide was way out.

Out beyond the few Seaton Carew Wreck timbers that remained on show.

The sands were claiming it once more.

DURAN DURAN.

They headed south.
As they did so, the breeze changed.
It became somewhat cooler.
It was coming directly from the north now.

They climbed the big slope.
They walked the "easy" route.
7-14
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

Beach Buoy sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.
Skylarks still sang.
The Sand Martins were noticeable by their absence.
All resting in their burrows.

Beach Buoy looked to the north.
It looked like rain was imminent.

"See you mate."
The beach below looked to be deserted.

They walked the beach as angled rain fell out at sea.

They had a slow walk back.

The elderly man with an elderly greyhound walked to the north.

The two men shared a distant wave.

The elderly man wandered to the water's edge.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back to the van.

The rain held off.

They headed off

BEACH BUOY.
