SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL. 11 JULY 2024..

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 6-35 a.m.
It was overcast and mild.
The lady who has once fallen off her bike was already returning northwards on foot.

Team 7 a.m and Purdy with mam were about to leave the beach.
They chatted as Beach Buoy gave Purdy a good few shoulder rubs.

They went their separate ways.

Team one black ear were next on the beach conveyor belt.
The two men sat on two imaginary high horses as they put the world to rights.

They each ride off into opposite directions.

The lady who walks the length of the beach did so.
Once she had passed by, Beach Buoy claimed the water's edge.
The tide had still to peak.
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple were heading south.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the "easy" route.

"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added five stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long
He drank fizzy water.
The tide was high.
The bay looked like someone had left a tap running.

"See you mate."

Back along the "easy" route...
The man who once had four dogs, but now has three was heading for the big slope.

They chatted on the slope.
"Morning."
" Morning."
"Least it's not raining."

They began their slow walk back.

The tide was beginning to pull back.
