Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-41 p.m.
It was blowy.
The tide was as far out as a bad guess.
Rain fell out at sea once more.
A large
50
was written on the sand with beach stones.
Dark clouds behind the dunes, showed that it could rain anytime.
It was one of those evenings where a break in the cloud could suddenly spotlight a specific part of the beach or maybe just a person.
Beach Buoy imagined an American T.V. show type introduction.
"With Special Guest, The Big Slope, featuring Stubborn Dog Stack."
Up ahead, those areas were bathed in sunlight.
They followed the Sun.
At the top of The Big Slope.
Thankfully the blowy breeze was carrying the black cloud elsewhere.
Rainfall on Redcar.

"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a driftwood wedge about a metre long.
No coffee tonight.
Just sea air and a chance of rain.
A twitter mate and his two dogs appeared on the beach below.
They chatted across the grey rocks.
One of the dogs, Cooper a Copper-coloured doodle dog, clambered over the rocks to Stubborn Dog Stack.
The dog returned.
They went their separate ways.
"See you mate."
Back along the "easy" route.
A slow walk back in bright sunlight.
