Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-30 p.m.
The car park was busy.
As they reached the access ramp they paused as four horse riders came up the ramp.
The beach was fairly peaceful.
They headed southwards.
There was a warm breeze from the south west.
Hardly a cloud in the sky.
"Evening Mate."
It was 8-02.
He added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a driftwood wedge about a metre long, sipping fizzy water as he did so.
Penny for them.
A lady stood at the water's edge.
A flying vee of birds headed towards the river.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back.
A family had a beach bonfire near the dune edge.
That was it.
July's beaches done.
BEACH BUOY.
