He was chatty.
The dogs were friendly.
"I'll turn back to the car park and walk with you."
They walked and talked to the car park before going their separate ways.
Beach Buoy crossed the golf course.
He headed down the sandy pathway that leads to North Gare Pier.
The wind was strong from the north.
The rain had stopped temporarily.
