SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL. 21, JULY 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7 p.m. ish

It was overcast, mild with a cooling breeze from the west.
The tide was well out.

A family sat at a  pop-up tent.
Dad volunteered to mind the tent as Mam and toddler sat off, buckets in hand, to reach the distant sea.

Nearby a Yapping Dog Yapped.

A large aeroplane hung over the dunes like a photograph.

7-31.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.

Down on the beach below, the two ladies with the happy dog turned, only doing half a beach.
The sound of the yapping decided to travel the whole beach on its own.

It looked overcast still over Seaton Carew.
To the south Saltburn was bathed in late evening sun as it often seems to be.

"See you mate."
They returned to the beach below.

They had walked the easy route.
He had spotted a couple waist-high in dune growth, walking their own chosen path.

A slow walk back.
A Jogger headed south.
He is a regular, travelling the beach a number of times each visit.
