Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 6-23 p.m.
Borrowed Dog had been returned.
The car park was busy.
It was to be expected.
The day had seen the first decent sunshine for almost a week.
They headed to the sea, it was great to feel solar warmth, although there was still a slight fresh breeze off the sea to stop everyone becoming too excited.
The tide was more in than it was out.
Although the car park was busy, the beach was less so.
The Amusements, Fish and Chips must have been the draw for the majority?
A 999 siren worked it's way along the sea front.
A lady with a small white dog, headed north at the water's edge.
A couple with a greyhound walked the dune edge.
Beach Buoy found a Starfish.
It wasn't one of the more exotic types.
Just a starfish.
It looked dead, but.. you never know.
He placed the starfish in a beach pool and watched for movement.
Its pose was that of a man in a pointy trying to pull on an invisible rope.
The pose remained unchanged.
No movement.
Beach Buoy reached into his beach bag.
He took out the recent Bits and Bobs to photograph them.
Down at the water's edge the gulls were having a whale of a time.
Beach Buoy wondered if somewhere far away some whales were having a Gull of a time ?
He gathered up some beach stones before heading to Stubborn Dog Stack.
"Evening Mate."
He placed the beach stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
They paused.
"See you mate."
They headed back to the beach.
They walked north.
Up ahead two horses trotted around.
Dog walker's dog walk the strand-line.
A couple overtook them on the way back to van.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog just aimed for the van.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the van.
Beach Buoy drank coffee.
BEACH BUOY.
