Beach Buoy woke at 4-38 a.m.
By 4-58, they were in the car park.
They weren't the first .
Thumping music came from a car.
Young men sat in an old man's car.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed for the beach, passing a very odd gas canister laid nearby.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed for the water's edge as a Sun Pillar marked the location of the coming sunrise.
The tide was well out, beyond The Seaton Carew Wreck.
The Sun appeared behind very faint cloud, like a nosey neighbour looking through net curtains.
It was 5-12 a.m.
A thought crossed Beach Buoy's mind.
"What time does it become dark in Australia?"
Google replied.
Sunset in Sydney is at 5-08.
(Their time.)
Then one of those times when memory will have to do as the taken photograph was rubbish.
Just as the Sun rose, a Seal popped up.
For a brief moment, the Sun, a Seal and a Beach Buoy were in perfect alignment.
Beach Buoy stood watching the sunrise, wondering if the Seal would show again?
It didn't.
Gulls watched as a Ship headed for the river.
The air was still with a slight chill.
The Bay's Wind Turbines were frozen, not a breath of wind.
Beach Buoy found some red sea glass.
They watched The Sea Serpent for a while.
They headed back up towards the dunes.
They continued south to the sound of the never ever ever taken for granted, Skylarks .
Beach Buoy gathered some beach stones, they went up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
Dandelions, new wind turbine towers in the distance.
Beach Buoy added the stones to the stack.
He noticed his sunshine shadow in the dunes.
He would gladly give up his shadow, let it stay here with his little mate.
He patted the stone.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy mulled things over
"See you mate."
They headed back down to the beach.
They continued south, alongside the grey rocks.
Beach Buoy spotted a starfish, clinging to a rock in a sea of sand as a man would log in a sea of sea.
Under Another Dog's supervision, the creature was placed into a nearby rock pool.
Beach Buoy watched as the Starfish began to move; job done.
They passed a scatter of seacoal as they headed to Sand Martin Corner.
Beach Buoy could see three burrows.
It was 6-28 a.m.
It was then that Beach Buoy felt the first heat from the Sun on his neck as he scanned the sandy bank.
Time for Coffee.
Beach Buoy enjoyed every drop of coffee, every breath of fresh air.
They set off back to the north.
The 7 a.m club were on their way south
A Ship left the River.
It look like it was powered by a Solar sail.
The 7 a.m. club approached.
"Morning Paul."
"Morning."
They all chatted.
The distant wave lady asked if Beach Buoy had seen the Sunrise.
"Yes."
"Was it nice?"
Beach Buoy described the sunrise in detail.
They all went their own ways.
" Have a lovely day."
"You too."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back up towards the stack as the 7 a.m. club headed back to the village .
Beach Buoy sat on a stack stone to finish the last of the coffee.
Dandelion and the Sun.
...and what happens when you try to be arty.
Then again Beach Buoy could have spent all day trying to set up this shot.

They headed back to the promenade.
"Look! Is it a Little Tern?"
BEACH BUOY.
