Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the beach.
They headed down the beach access ramp at 6-57 p.m.
A Grandad stood waiting with a child's wellington boots.
A Mother held onto her daughter as she walked up the wall of the ramp.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked towards the sea.
A gorgeous breeze blew off it.
Beach Buoy was incognito.
He was wearing a black hoodie.
He was wearing sunglasses too.
No one would know it was him.
"Hiya." said a Twitter mate.
"Hiya."
The twitter mate was there with his wife and two dogs.
They chatted about Beach Buoy's "disguise", dogs, photography and the weather.
They went their separate ways.
Beach Buoy could hear a helicopter.
He shielded his eyes from the Sun with a raised hand.
Turned out that the Sun isn't that big afterall.
An elderly but young-at-heart couple were working their way back north, Beachcombing as they made their way back to the village.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to Stubborn Dog Stack.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
Beach Buoy looked out to sea.
Note:- lf you should ever see a Beach Buoy looking out to sea...
He is not "just." looking out to sea.
He is reliving fishing trips, beach walks and talks, the beach dogs of yesteryear, treasure found, treasure lost, the sticks and stones, not found to break bones, the heat, the cold, being ten years old, being young, being free, being who he really wants to be.
Imagining a time, his day is done, ashes to ashes, sand to sand, for him the dunes, not buried inland.
"See you mate."
Beach Buoy walked down to The Sea Serpent.
He chatted about Eurovision.
The Sea Serpent was tipping Finland.
"Anything to do with fish." said Beach Buoy with a smile.
Back to the there and then.
They began to head North.
The Sun looked magnificent.
It was a good place to be.
They continued north.
As they reached the edge of the dunes a young girl skipped her way to the sea.
Her father and her dog were up ahead.
"Wait for me."
"Wait for me."
BEACH BUOY.
