SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL, 28, MAY, 2023.

Beach Buoy, Borrowed Dog and Another Dog headed to the beach.
They reached the beach car park
 at 4-30 a.m.
As they arrived an estate car sped out.
A large motorhome and a green campervan were parked alongside one another.
To the north people walked to the water's edge.
Beach Buoy wasn't feeling great.

Some cloud hung over the Village.

They headed to the water's edge.
The sky glowed.

Sunrise came.

Those to the north by the sea were repaid for their early start.

Borrowed Dog led the way.

Beach Buoy watched as the morning changed colours.

Hugo ran over to say hello.
He was greeted warmly.
Down towards the access ramp his owner was doing excellent work of a beach clean.
The colourful teenagers from the previous night had left a mess.
Hugo ran back to "help."

Beach Buoy and the dogs headed south.
The overnight camper's green tent was well hidden on the dune edge, thanks more to its colour than location.

Gulls flew by.
Beach Buoy felt adrift of the beach today.

A Ship set off for the open sea under rays of hidden sun.
They all headed to Stubborn Dog Stack.

5-15 a.m.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat and drank coffee.

He felt odd, distant.
"See you mate."

The sun cleared the cloud.

They walked the short dune edge walk to the sandy slope.

Once down the sandy slope, Beach Buoy plonked himself down on the dune edge.
Not 100%.
After a while they headed back to the van.
A distant wave was shared with Team Distant Wave.

They walked the southern perimeter of the Little Tern Site.
No coffee in van this morning.
He drove off.

He parked up near the Village Green.
Dots in the distance.
Team Distant Wave had been joined by the 7 a.m. club.

A man watched as the Gentleman on the Tricycle.

The first of the early morning swimmers began to arrive.
Beach Buoy felt in the way.
He drove off.

BEACH BUOY.
