Beach Buoy and Another Dog didn't reach the beach until 6-51 p.m.
A small boy was walking down the access ramp with a bucket and spade and a small Union Jack flag.
His Mother was waiting at the bottom of the ramp on the sand.
"C'mon."
"I need water." said the young boy, choosing a ramp puddle over the sea.
Beach Buoy smiled as he and Another Dog passed by.
"We've been here an hour."
said the Mother.
The Sun was a late arrival to the weekend.
It had rained for much of the day.
They headed for the sea, then southwards.
The tide was well in, but just going out.
The clouds to the south were stunning..
It was a darker sky to the north.
They headed south.
A couple had their Husky Dog on a long lead.
A lady walked the water's edge.
Seven teenagers appeared from the dunes.
They headed northwards.
A lady with a Pug was off in the distance.
It was a lovely bright evening after rain.
There was no rush.
The Sky was amazing.
Beach Buoy went a little click happy with the photographs.
Such was the scene.
There looked as if there was more rain to come ?
It was 7-51 p.m. when the reached Stubborn Dog Stack.
It was as bright as Noon.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
A metallic blue sea rolled in as clockwork Skylarks sang.
AN IMAGINED POST CARD FROM SEATON CAREW.
Hello again,
It's only me,
With a message-by-the-sea,
The tide is high and then it's low,
People come and people go,
Three more days, I will remain,
Half hoping that l miss my train.
P.S.
If you catch the milkman, two pints for Wednesday please.
They returned to the beach for a slow walk back.
Fire!
The fire was at a local trading estate.
Beach Buoy checked that the fire brigade were in attendance.
They were.
BEACH BUOY.
