It was 6-41 p.m.
It was too nice not to be out.
Almost unbelievably, it would be dark in an hour or so.
People were making the most of the last of the day's sunlight.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed south.
Others headed North, back to the car park with their dogs.
Beach Buoy collected a couple of stones for the stack.
He had others from the earlier day trip.
"Evening Mate."
He added the recently collected beach stones.
As Another dog watched he added those from
Another Beach.
He patted
THE
stone.
He would always bring stones from other beach visits.
The sky was spectacular.
It was almost as if they were on
Another Planet.
They sat at the dune edge, near the stack and watched the sky change colour.
"See you Mate."
They began a slow walk back.
The sky darkened.
The walk ended.
BEACH BUOY.
