SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL. 17, JUNE, 2023.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach car park at 4-53 a.m.

A few random youths were wandering about.

To be honest it looked like they had been there all night?

Maybe each telling their parents that they were sleeping at a mate's house?

Their mate, Sandy Dune.

The 4x4 Border Collie Couple had just arrived. They and their two dogs headed north on the water's edge

The tide was quite high but low enough to let them pass the Little Tern fencing.

An Orange VW camper was parked right beside the dune.
The occupants had a small fire going on the sand between the south end wall and the north end of the dunes.
Their music was playing...

The Sun was up.
The sea was calm.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog left the village behind, heading south.
One of the Orange VW squad set off .
It was clear that he was on a hunt for driftwood for their fire.
He took the lazy option.
A branch type piece of driftwood was stood upright in the sand.
He grasped it before going back to the fire.

Swimmers were in the sea to the north.

Beach Buoy looked out to sea.
It was a perfect sea for seeing dolphins break the surface.
Sadly there were none today.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued southwards.
It was wonderful.

Just before the sandy slope, boot prints became footprints.
Barefoot Beach Buoy headed to the sea.

5-29 a.m.
Wet Ankles.

The Sea Serpent approved.

Another Dog wasn't so sure.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog sat on the beach a while.
His feet dried in the morning sun.
The headed to Stubborn Dog Stack.

"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a large stack stone and watched the sea.
He drank a Stubborn Dog Stack coffee.
The best coffee of all.

No rush.
They had forever.
Well until 9 o'clock when the parking charges start.

Hugo came bounding up to the stack.
The little fox and pug too.
Team Distant Wave came along on the beach.
Beach Buoy dropped down on to the beach to chat.

Beach Buoy returned to the stack.

Further down the beach, the 7 a.m. club and Team Distant Wave chatted.

Mari, the Big friendly poodle ran by on the beach below, playing catch up with the 7 a m. Club conversation.

Team Distant Wave headed to The Blue Lagoon.

"See you mate."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back to the van.

In search of gold as gold watches on.

A couple stood knee deep in sea, heads in clouds.
"I see no ships."

SCUMBAGS!
Beach Buoy didn't go the beach the night before.
He had seen the flood of teenagers with their end of term bagged booze head for the beach.
He found a discarded towel
A Union Jack flag towel at that.
Beach Buoy cradled around fifteen cans in the towel.
He carried them to a Promenade rubbish bin.

Beach Buoy had a van coffee.

Another Dog chilled on the back seat.

BEACH BUOY.
