29, SEPT, 2022. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach car park at 6-17 p.m.
There was a breeze from the north.
It was mild, despite the direction of the wind.

The sea was busy.
Folk milled about at the southern end of the beach.
A jogger broke ranks and ran north.
The young lady with very long eyelashes passed by with her Yorkshire Terrier.
The dogs and owners chatted briefly.

Beach Buoy paused to breathe and savour the sea air.

Gulls drifted across the dunes, then out to sea.

They carried on to the south.

More Dune edge was crumbling
 into the sea.

"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy patted
THE
stone.
He added more.

Back to the north.
A slow walk back.
As they walked small black flies hit them like raindrops.
It was much milder than it looked.

Late arrivals.
They walked to the sea as one.
They ran from the sea as one as a random wave just kept running in.

From time to time as the sea pulled back, it left sea foam stranded on the beach.
The foam looked like land-locked clouds.
As with clouds, each piece of individual sea foam had its own unique shape; a caterpillar, a rabbit and a dog drinking water from a bowl to name a few.

Back to van under a slice of moon
Light had gone quicker than an anticipated weekend.

BEACH BUOY.
