WEDNESDAY EVENING, 18 AUG 2021. SEATON SANDS, SEATON CAREW.

Beach Buoy had done a morning beach.
It was a rest day.

He needed to get out on the evening.
He headed for the beach once more with Another Dog.
It was after 6 p.m. when they arrived.
A metal detectorist  and his partner searched the sand for sadness.
The tide was well out.
The breeze was mild from the north west.

They headed south.

Beach Buoy was more than a little achy.

They wouldn't be going as far as

Stubborn Dog Stack

tonight.

Stubborn Dog would understand, after all they had been to see him this morning.

A family sat around a disposable barbecue at the dune edge.

Someone had written on the beach, the following.

THIS

IS

A

BEACH

A

PLACE

MADE

FROM

SAND

they had drawn an arrow to guide the reader to an afterthought

AND

WATER.

A tired Beach Buoy left the sand and water behind.

A coffee in the van was what was needed.

Van in Mobile Beach Hut Mode.

Beach Buoy had bought a new bag for the van.

It matched the van's blue interior

and

his

blue torch.

A family of four pulled alongside in a very small car.

The sat squashed eating their fish and chips.

Let's hope it was small portions, there wasn't much room.

Beach Buoy nodded for a while and woke to see two people reading a nearby beach information board.
