An afternoon visit.
Just Beach Buoy and Another Dog.
It was 2-11 p.m.
Spots of rain were falling from the outset.
The tide was a fair way out.
It looked like heavier rain was to come?
The wreck was on show now that the tide had receded.
Up near the dunes a lady walked three small dogs southwards.
They all were wearing matching red coats.
The lady who loves the beach was walking the dune heights with her German Shepherd.
The three red coats dogs turned back to the north.
Happy barks and squeaky dog toys went with them.
Beach Buoy collected stones for Stubborn Dog Stack.
They walked the low level route.
The Dune Trolls have been busy!
They had blocked access to Stubborn Dog Stack!
"That's it." thought Beach Buoy.
The timber was moved.
He added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone
"Afternoon Mate."
It was 2-44.
A small green ship headed to the river mouth.
"See you mate."
They continued south along the dune edge.
Those Dune Trolls best stay away.
Another timber blocked their path.
"You don't scare me,
Keep your curse,
My Seaglass rests in a Mermaid's purse "
The stack view...
They searched what shingle was still on show.
Sand had arrived.
An aeroplane off to the local airport.
Beach Buoy of lost track of its name changes
Back to the beach.
Back to the north.
Beach Buoy gave a distant wave to the stack as they passed.
The tossed timber marks the slight slope up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
Two hoods went up.
The rain had increased slightly.
A stranger, an elderly man was walking slowly with a stick and a Scottie Dog.
Let's call her Mabel.
The Gentleman saluted as they passed at distance.
Beach Buoy gave a distant wave.
Sea pottery.
The gentleman and "Mabel" headed to the car park as others set off south.
The wreck today.
The rain eased.
Two hoods came down.
They continued northwards.
It was one of those odd days.
It had been raining but both Beach Buoy and Another Dog felt dry...
BEACH BUOY.
