Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrived at
6-40 a.m.
An overnight H.G.V. Driver stood next to his vehicle as he photographed the Sun.
It was a strange sky.
No clouds as such, just a distant mist.
This is the bench at the top of the beach access ramp.
Some benches along The Esplanade have signs on them.
"Happy to chat bench."
Maybe this particular one should behave one reading.
"Sand out of your shoes bench."
Many people use it for this purpose already.
The tide was a fair way in.
There was fresh wind from the north.
It wasn't a cold morning.
In reality it was around perfect Beach Buoy temperature.
They took the short walk to the water's edge.
It all looked a little
SEATON SNOOKS TEA ROOM OUT AND ABOUT CARD.
The light was lovely after yesterday's greyness.
Team Muzzled Dog joined the beach.
A Lone Tern stood in the sea.
Nearby, a beautiful, but recently dead Gannett looked out to the horizon.
Team Muzzled Dog passed by, taking the lead southwards.
"Morning."
"Morning.'
"Hiya."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed up the Big Slope.
From the top , the view to the north looked lovely.
7-13
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a driftwood wedge about a metre long.
The wind was strong but pleasant.
Marram Grass shied away from it's direction.
"See you mate."
They headed back along the "easy" route.
Down on the beach below, The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple were already heading back to the north.
The Golden Sun had turned lemon.
A slow walk back as the tide went out.
Someone had written in the sand.
"THANK YOU LORD"
The remainder of the message had been claimed by the sea.
They headed to the access ramp.
The young lady with the Yorkshire Terrier was coming onto the beach.
They had a brief but pleasant chat.
They went their separate ways.
Beach Buoy set off in the van.
By now the Lemon Sun had turned Silver as a distant mist moved in.
BEACH BUOY.
