SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL. 15 , SEPT. 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed down the access ramp at 7-05 a.m.

A fresh breeze blew from the west.

The tide was way out.
The Seaton Carew Wreck was clearly visible.

They headed south.

Team one black ear stopped for a chat.
Beach Buoy made a fuss of Hugo, the dog with one black ear.
It was the colour of the ear that was prominent.
He didn't just have a black ear.
He had a white one too.

They went their separate ways.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed south.
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple headed back north.

A jogger headed north too, while two joggers headed south.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed along the "easy" route.

"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He replaced around a dozen large stone that had been thrown from the stack.
He added five more for today.

He sat on a driftwood wedge about a metre long.

A Milky Sun shone on the sea's surface looking more like moonlight.

A couple and their small dog were on the beach below.
He watched as they tried to pick a route southwards that didn't involve wet feet  from beach-trapped water.
The dog was a Small Spaniel.
Of course, it looked for the wettest route.

It was peaceful up at Stubborn Dog Stack.

Beach Buoy was tired.

Four colourful joggers jogged south.
They took took detours in hope of having dry feet.

"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.

Beach Buoy pulled up two hoods.
It wasn't cold.
It was just because.

A West Hartlepool Company.

An old Lemonade bottle.

The bird was their trademark.
