SEATON SNOOKS TEA ROOM OUT AND ABOUT CARD.

The day they made a sign.

BEACH BUOY.

SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL.20 SEPT 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach access ramp at 6-50 a.m.

They headed to the beach.
It was mild, grey and ever so slightly misty.
Hartlepool Headland was visible.
South Gare, Saltburn and some of the wind turbines were not.

They headed south with a slight breeze on their back.
Team One Black Ear were heading back northwards.
They stopped and chatted as Beach Buoy made a fuss of Hugo.
The white dog with one black ear.
They went their separate ways

The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple were up ahead, walking as they do at a quicker pace.

The tide was a fair way in.

The lady who walks the full length of the beach did so.
Another choose to walk barefoot foot, shoes in one hand, phone in the other.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog climbed the slope slope.
They walked the "easy" route.

"Morning Mate."
It was 7-21.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.

The man who had three dogs who now had four passed by the stack.
They chatted briefly as his three dogs came by one by one.
The tide was too high for them to have beach access to North Gare Pier.

The beach Below.
The tide was heading out.

A slow walk back.

The Gull on the Moon.

Light fading.
So is time.
Time to head back.

The International Space Station heads for Stubborn Dog Stack.
Beach Buoy was surprised to learn that the station is as big as Buckingham Palace.

Beach Buoy was too busy telling him where to look via Watts app.

SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 6-25 p.m.

The lady with the white husky-cross, walked the water's edge.

Other people and their dogs were dotted around.

Here, There and Everywhere.

Beach Buoy was once told that it was Paul McCartney's favourite Beatles song.

A photographer set up a tripod to the north.
He took aim at the sea.

It was a sky blue sky, with swirls of white cloud in places.

The evening sun was gorgeous.

The light nights seemed to be slipping through the fingers at an alarming rate.
Nothing lasts forever?
Time will tell.

"Evening Mate."
It was 7-03.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.
He sipped fizzy water, wishing that he had brought a coffee.

The low sun brought out the whiteness of The Wind Turbines.

He sat.
Sitting.
Watching.
Thinking about stuff.
The past.
The future.
The present.

A man passed by the stack with a Border Collie.
"Evening."
"Evening, nice spot you have there "

Beach Buoy stood and stretched.

"See you mate."

He began to head north along the "easy" route.

He glanced back.

There seemed to be an odd circular cloud just off Saltburn ?

It was the Moon.

A Large Pale Moon.

As Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued along the "easy" route, he kept checking back.
It was lovely to see.

They returned to the beach.
Two Oyster Catchers were fighting.
An unusual sight.

On the dune edge, the Border Collie man sat hugging his dog. His arms draped around the pet like a long scarf.

Shoreline birds scampered by the sea.

The Moon rose as the Sun set.

They returned to the van.

A few men with dogs seemed to be returning at the same time?

It  was though an imaginary Mother had shouted them all.

"It's time to come in."

They all left the beach behind as told.

JUST A BIKE RIDE. 16,SEPT 2024.

Just a bike ride
Seaton Carew to Middleton and back.

BEACH BUOY.

SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL 16 SEPT. 2024.

Monday.
The first Monday off now that Beach Buoy had gone onto a two day week.
He had used holidays for other Mondays off.
No more Monday morning feeling.
It was 7-05.

It was sunny.
The air was fresh with a breeze so slight it was hard to tell it's direction.

They stopped to chat to Team One Black Ear

As usual, Beach Buoy made a fuss of Hugo the black eared dog.
They went their separate ways.

The tide was a fair way out.

They walked the "easy" route.

"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
It was 7-27.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.

Beach Buoy watched the world go by.

"See you mate."
They headed back.

They walked the beach.
A slow walk.
Mr Gunn/Lunn and excellent dog Alfie came from the north.
They chatted before going their own ways.

Geese head south, way up high.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the van, way down low.
