Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach car park at 7-25 p.m.
He usually parks in or around the same spot.
Tonight he ended up parking alongside a motorhome.
He faffed on putting beach boots on whilst sitting on the side door step
As he stood a lady stepped out of the motorhome.
"Are you Beach Buoy?"
"Yes."
They had a chat.
The lady knew Another Dog and made a fuss of her.
"Are you off to see Stubborn Dog?"
"Yes."
"Lovely to meet you" were exchanged.
It was nice to chat.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to the water's edge.
The tide was well in.
Little Terns dropped into the sea just beyond the water's edge.
The little birds flew back and forth, fishing as they went.
A Little Tern.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
"Did you remember some stones?"
"Yes ."
Beach Buoy placed the aforementioned stones onto the stack.
"Evening Mate."
He patted
THE
stone.
Beach Buoy sat on a large stack stone.
Sand Martins were as busy as the Little Terns up and down the length of the dunes.
An excellent looking ship headed out of the river.
A seal popped up to say hello.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back.
"See you mate."
They cut back through the dunes for short while.
They began a slow walk back, accompanied by a regular plop plop as more Little Terns entered the water, looking for supper.
The excellent looking ship headed out into the open sea.
The sun put on a late light show.
A dramatic evening.
Even Pebbles with Legs didn't seem to mind being photographed.
They climbed the access ramp, back to the
Van
BEACH BUOY.
