SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL 21 AUG 2022.

Sunday.
Beach Buoy arrived late, lifts to do
It was 9-22 a.m.
He would have to pay for parking 😱
A wasp wandered around the parking meter.
Beach Buoy was almost stung twice!
Once by the parking charge, then by the wasp... almost.
It wasn't as busy as he had feared.

Glorious Sun.
Glorious breeze.
The tide was more in than it was out.
They headed south.

There was plenty of space for all.
It felt like an early morning walk, with more heat in the sun.

A crystal clear sea lapped gently on the shore.
Not even any sea coal to darken it's edge today.

10 a.m.

Beach Buoy sat on a stack stone.
He had added some beach stones.
He had patted
THE
stone.
"Morning Mate." had been said.
He watched as lapping waves edged a sparkling sea.
The sun's heat was nice on his face.
The cool, dune flavoured breeze was so welcome.

To the north, The Headland wore a flamboyant cloud hat.
"See you mate "the
They returned to the beach.

A slow walk back.
A man with a very large camera was photographing a lady as she walked in the sea.
To the north the lifeguards had set up
Their pickup truck on the beach, ready.

They returned to the van.
The owner may not see this one?
They headed back.
Later...
