SEATON SANDS , HARTLEPOOL 11 JULY 2019.

Free parking starts at 6pm; it was 6-01😉
Three twitcher types this evening watching over the Little Terns. Two of tonight's three have been almost constantly there... well done to them.
As Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog headed down the ramp a small child followed her Mother up the ramp.
She made it quite clear that she did not want to go home.

It was a lovely warm evening with a very pleasant cooling wind from the west.
Someone was having a barbecue up in the dunes, the smell filled the air.

The white clouds hung in the sky like Barrage Balloons.
A Metal Detectorist  searched for finds up near the dunes and dug a sad hole.

The tide was low, so plenty of space for all to have their own zone.
Out in the bay the bright wind turbines cartwheeled in the satisfying wind.
Terns dive-bombed the sea for food whereas the lazy Seagulls just feasted at the Sea Serpent's table.

A sandbank had appeared as the tide ended its retreat.
It regrouped and readied for attack.

BEACH BUOY.
