SEATON SANDS 15 APRIL 2019.

It was 6-20 pm
Beach Buoy sat in the van with the side door open as he changed into his Beach Boots.
Stubborn Dog was alongside laid in his van bed, sniffing the air.
A grey sea was calling from behind the promenade wall with a roar and a rumble.
They headed to the beach...or tried to....
Stubborn Dog slammed the brakes on ...
A waterworks event?
.......feeling sick?
The dog looked Beach Buoy in the eye.
The dog paused  (Surprise surprise!)
It then did a twisting shake from nose to tail.
They finally headed south, into a strong headwind.
Stubborn Dog was being a ton weight.
Beach Buoy ended up with both hands behind his back and pulled the lead with both hands
as you would an iron foundry handcart
with a T-shaped handle.
Beach Buoy wondered  if he should have a sign made for Stubborn Dog's rear end
"ON TOW"

Not many seabirds were in flight.
Most Easygull flights had been grounded due to the wind.
The birds sat facing the
breeze down by the water's edge.
A black and red ship left the Tees and headed out to sea.
It faded to grey as it merged with the distant horizon.

They had a sit and think down on the grey rocks as a blue and white ship left the Tees.

They headed back.
jogger passed. He had an odd running styles as if he was being worked by a puppet master.

Back in his van bed.....

BEACH BUOY.
