SEATON SANDS, 19 APRIL 2021

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog arrived at the car park at 6-22pm.
It was a Monday evening.
To be honest if you had just plonked them both on the beach and asked what time and what season did they think it was.
Beach Buoy would have answered," Either about 9 am on a warm summer morning or around 3 pm on a nice spring day.
Whereas Stubborn Dog would have just said  "Wuff."
The heat of the day had stayed and the chilly breeze of recent days seemed to have gone.

They headed for the water's edge.
A couple were up ahead, laughing at their Dog.
The Dog was bouncing not walking.
The man ran, the Dog bounced, following behind as the lady filmed on her mobile phone as she laughed.
Beach Buoy couldn't be sure but thought that the Dog could be a Poodle / Tigger cross; a Tiggapoo ?

A man with a rucksack,  headed north near to the strand line.

The sky was a perfect sky blue.
The sea was a perfect match in sea blue.
A man headed towards them.
He was barefoot and alternated between jogging and walking the water's edge, ankle-deep in the sea.

It was one of those days / evenings when even a black and white photograph could still show the brightness of the beach.

Two young ladies danced as one, as they looked towards a large driftwood tree trunk.
Maybe they were tree trunk worshipers or maybe their camera was resting upon it and they were filming their efforts for social media?

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog were more than halfway along the beach when a slight breeze became noticeable.
as if the River was drawing the air towards it.
The Spinning Wind Turbines confirmed the direction and strength of the breeze.
A couple passed  hand in hand, they carried on along the water's edge only a short while before heading back to the north.
Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog stacked the stack.
It was 6-59 pm.

They headed back slowly.

As if doing a photo shoot for his book; HOW TO BE STUBBORN.
Stubborn Dog displayed his classic stubborn move.

1. Stop and Stare.

2. Squat and Stare.
(Eye contact maintained at all times.)

Eventually they were near the car park once more.
People were going, some were still coming.
