Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog arrived at the Beach Car Park
at 3-40pm.
Beach Buoy had been to work.
It was as cold as it was bright.
The Promenade People's shadows were lined up along the promenade wall.
A child looked at her shadow,
Her Mother stood behind her, making a rabbit shadow on the wall with her hands.
Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog headed down in the direction of the sea.
There was a very chilly breeze from the west.
A dog the same breed as Stubborn Dog came over to say hello; Molly was her name.
Stubborn Dog was suitably impressed.
A lady passed with her young collie dog on a lead;
Floss.
She stopped and said how cold it was, she had forgot to bring gloves to the beach.
The wind was bitingly cold.
They said farewell.
Beach Buoy hoped they had managed to enjoy the beach despite the cold.
He walked a short while and looked back; they were gone.
Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog continued south together, alone.
The tide was more in than it was out.
Beach Buoy collected some stones from the strand line and placed them on THE stack after climbing the small dune edge..
They stood a good while.
The stack was looking tidy.
The sea would rush in every now and then to try and catch them out.
There wasn't a great deal of cloud around but what there was, was colourful.
A Copper-coloured dog came bounding around playfully.
"COOPER!" shouted its owner.
A Typo surely?
The headed back to the van.
Squadrons of Seagulls drifted across the beach from the west.
The tailwind guided them out to sea.
The beach's shingle had give up some finds.
Beach Buoy photographed them, before leaving for others.
BEACH BUOY.
