13, SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

 Tuesday Morning.
Beach Buoy, Borrowed Dog and Another Dog arrived at Seaton Park Car Park at 8-25.

They crossed the Esplanade.

Moments later they were on sand.

A lady with a mustard coloured coat and a Bulldog went ahead of them down the access ramp by the beach huts.

Her and her dog went south along the strand-line.

Another Lady wore mustard, a scarf.

She headed south along the water's edge.

At first glance her scarf looked like long blonde hair.

Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones.

He fed seed to some Crows that had been hopping and hoping alongside him and the dogs as they headed south .

There was lots of shingle.
The pottery pieces were just blank.
This old bottle piece will have read Superior.

The tide was a canny way out though the wreck was still at sea.
A light and mild breeze was blowing from the south west.

A man headed north with his Border Collie.
He had ignored yesterday's "Morning." from Beach Buoy.
They passed in silence.

You only make a fool of Beach Buoy once.

A small dog with unlimited energy ran around in circles chasing Crows.

A man with two Black Labradors walked the water's edge.
One ran to the dunes to roll on top of yesterday's Dead Oyster Catcher.
"Maxi! Maxi! Maxi! Maxi! Maxi! Maxi! Maxi!"
Buy a Dog lead ...

A big mouth and two black dogs went up a matching big slope.

Beach Buoy and the two dogs began to walk the low level route.

Up ahead, a man crossed the grey rocks, heading north.
Once on the beach he beachcombed the shingle patches.

Beach Buoy and the dogs climbed the small slope that leads to Stubborn Dog Stack.

"Morning Mate."

It was 9-15.
Borrowed Dog is always up for photograph.
Beach Buoy patted
THE
stone.
He added five more.

No Crows today.
It was milder.
He was later.
He scattered some seeds in the usual spot.

He had a sit and think on a driftwood seat with an elevated view.

A Ship headed into the river.

"See you mate."
They headed to the beach below.

Ladies and dogs had claimed the water's edge.

Beach Buoy and the dogs walked the tracks.
These were not from the council tractor.
Recently, large driftwood has been cut on site, the beach and taken away.
Sawdust and tracks the clues.

Beach Buoy and the dogs passed the north end of the dunes as the Village Church Bells rang out for 9-45.
They continued north.

Beach Buoy spotted a familiar face walking the Esplanade.
It was Mr. Gunn/Lunn.
"Morning."
"Morning, I've slept in."
Beach Buoy was taken back through the years in an instant.
Sat in the classroom.
English lesson was the first lesson of the day.
A pupil comes in late.
"I slept in Sir."
"You slept in a bed but overslept." replied the teacher.
Back to reality, Beach Buoy pointed to Borrowed Dog.
"Tuesday Walter."
"Ha."
"Enjoy your day."
"You too."

Beach Buoy headed to a Esplanade Bin to put his beach clean in.
Other unforgettable sentences ran through his mind.

BEACH BUOY.
Funny what sentences stay with you for the rest of your life.
