SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL. 15, OCT. 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog had parked up in Seaton Park.

They headed for the beach.

It was 3-42 p.m.

There was a strong breeze from the south east.

The litter-picker man  was cleaning the beach.

A young girl headed to the sea with a piece of long thin driftwood over her shoulder.

A man and his small dog led the way south.
They had only done half of the beach before turning back.
Beach Buoy wondered if half a beach there and half a beach back added up to a full beach?

The tide was well in.
A glance back to the north showed that the beach was quiet.
Quite literally, the coast was clear.

Beach Buoy collected six beach stones before climbing up the big slope.
Once at the top, a glance to the dune edge brought a smile.
Billy Buoy was still stood and stood still at Stubborn Dog Stack.

"Afternoon Mate."
It was 4-18.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the well-worn plank with plenty of rust.
He drank coffee.
His first since 6 p.m.

Beach Buoy sat a while, looking at the sea.

"See you mate."
Back along the "easy" route.

They headed back north with the breeze on their backs.

The litter pick man was still busy.

Two dogless men headed south.

BEACH BUOY.
