Beach Buoy and Another Dog parked in Seaton Park.
It was 11-25 a.m.
They headed to the beach.
It was mild.
It was overcast.
A light breeze blew from the south west.
The tide way out.
Off in the distance a metal detectorist scanned the beach.
Even more distant, were the family that stood by the water's edge.
There was lots of space for the people and dogs of the beach.
Beach Buoy went to The Seaton Carew Wreck.
A random dog trotted into shot.
It was really odd seeing the wreck so far ashore.
That family still stood at the water's edge.
It seemed so far away.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog went to have a mooch.
No treasure.
The Clock Tower and the wreck from the rocks near the water's edge.
Beach Buoy couldn't recall seeing these timbers before.
The Sandy Cark Park from the water's edge.
It's odd to think in stormy times the sea can rush up the beach access ramp.
Mainly just for future reference.
The dunes from the water's edge.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed up to the strand-line and the dunes beyond.
"Afternoon Mate."
It was 12-11.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a well-worn plank with plenty of rust.
"See you mate."
Back along the "easy" route.
They returned to the beach.
They returned to the north.
A slow walk back.
They climbed up to The Esplanade.
The couple with an Electric Wheelchair with Skateboard attached rumbled by.
BEACH BUOY.
