Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the beach.
They arrived at 7-42 a.m.
About fifteen minutes before sunrise.
A car pulled up.
Four Sunrise Seekers made a dash for the beach access ramp.
They took photographs of the orange sky.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed south.
There was a few sunrise seekers dotted around.
Not quite sunrise.
To the north, two sea swimmers stood waist deep in the sea.
It was a mild morning.
There was a slight breeze from the south west.
The tide was as far out as The Seaton Carew Wreck.
Soon.
Sunrise coming over The Gares, not the sea now.
The Sea Serpent twisted on the surface of the sea.
Sunrise seekers wait to the north, waiting for the light and colour of the morning to reach out to them.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to Stubborn Dog Stack.
"Morning Mate."
It was 8-14.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat with a coffee on the well-worn plank with plenty of rust.
A man jogged by on the beach below.
It was on odd style of jogging.
More of a slow motion run if that makes sense?
"See you mate."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back.
Back to the beach.
A Ship leaves the river behind.
Glorious Sun.
Their sharp sunshine shadows led the way back.
Seacoal and Sand.
The Crows looked as though they had been moulded from the coal.
Down by the water's edge a Border Collie tried to round up low flying Crows.
AN IMAGINED POST CARD FROM SUNNY SEATON CAREW.
Back up on The Esplanade, Beach Buoy and Mr. Gunn/Lunn had a brief chat.
BEACH BUOY.
