Spots of rain fell.
It was a mild evening.
Beach Buoy, Borrowed Dog and Another Dog headed south.
Electric Bike tyre tracks led to the sea.
Beach Buoy had warned him to check his brakes...
White Horses from a previous stormy sea had finally reached land and headed for the hills, of maybe the dunes ...
A man with a Corgi who had led the way south, turned mid-beach, returning to the north.
The sun had made a bit of a late flourish.
Angled light and distant angled rain seem to be in equal measure.
White Gulls resting on the beach glowed orange.
A couple appeared to the north.
They had a large German Shepherd running free.
8-05.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a driftwood wedge about a metre long.
He sipped fizzy water.
Orange to the left.
Grey to the right.
Sea, dead ahead.
8-08
BOB O'CLOCK.
The view north from Stubborn Dog Stack.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.
A slow walk back as the light faded. It was only 8-22 p.m.
Coastal Cows mooed from fields just beyond the dunes.
Note... 22 July blog post now up to date.
BEACH BUOY.
