3. AUG 2024. SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-01 a.m.

At the bottom of the access ramp they stopped to chat to Team One Black Ear.
As they chatted, the lady who walks the full length of the beach returned North.
Team Muzzled Dog joined the chat...

Before setting off southwards ahead of Beach Buoy and Another Dog.

It was mild.
The tide was well out.
A breeze blew from the west.
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple were returning north.

Beach Buoy headed to the strand-line.
It was 7-28 a.m.
It was quieter now.
Everyone had drifted north.
Just the sound of the sea and Gulls.
The breeze was delightful.
He gave out the biggest of sighs.
A good sigh.

They climbed the big slope.

"Morning Mate."
It was 7-38.
He added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

He placed an M stone to face the sea.

He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.
Another Dog laid down in the sand.
Beach Buoy sipped fizzy water, accepting that this could be the best part of the day.

A single Sand Martin swooped by, heading north.

Beach Buoy cupped his hands, washing his face in early morning Sun.

He stood to go
"See you mate."

A large aeroplane was overhead.
It seemed to hang there like a photograph.

They set off back along the "easy" route.

On the beach below, a German Shepherd play-chased a Labrador.
They both ran to sit in the sea.

Down the big slope.
A couple sat on the beach.
The dune edge their backrest.
They were watching their doodle dog dog the deepest of holes.
All you could see was it's wagging tail.

A family headed south on the water's edge.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog had a slow walk northwards.

BEACH BUOY.
