Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the Esplanade at 5-20 a.m.
Sunrise was at 5-13.
Time flies.
It only seems a couple of weeks ago it began with a 7, 7-59.
It took place behind low cloud.
Little Terns and Vapour Trails crossed the sky.
Two Little Terns escort a Gull from the nest site air space.
Kestrels and Owls are a bit more of a fight.
The Sun began to show as they reached the beach access ramp.
A man and his small dog walked the Esplanade.
They headed to the beach.
Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones as they walked.
An Esplanade Cyclist ride to the South end before resting up against the wall.
They headed South.
There was a slight breeze from the south west.
Out in the bay, the wind turbines turned as slowly as wind turbines could without standing still.
By the water's edge.
Beach Buoy checked to the north.
The beach was theirs.

The vapour trails were a little like the Tractor tracks.

Weekend after weekend were lost there.
One hundred days without a day off on one occasion.
Saturday, Sunday and four half shifts.
"Half shifts" were two hours added to the first four days of the working week.
Making ten hours working days.
Monday to Thursday.
Saturday and Sunday were eight hours.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.
They walked the water's edge.
Little Terns were constantly passing by.
Some stopped before dropping into the sea.
They ambled back to the car park.
