27, APRIL 2026. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

 Monday morning.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrive in Sandy Car Park at 5-45.
Dune edge driftwood looked like sunrise seekers.

They headed down the beach access ramp.

The air was almost still.

Little Tern were vocal in the sky above the nest site.
The Sun began to clear low cloud.
Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones.

The Council Tractor was busy to the north.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the wreck.

Ruby had a bit of a stand off with the wreck site security.

Seafront windows reflected the sunlight.

Gulls by the sea.
Team One Black Ear were to the north.
They caught up and chatted as they walked  along the beach.

Gulls cried at the sweetness of the Skylark's song.

They stepped to one side to allow the Council Tractor pass by without the driver having to worry about the dog's location.

The Council Tractor headed back to the north.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog made their way to the low level route.
Two sturdy stones were added to the sea defence.

"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added the five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

Down on the beach below, Team One Black Ear made their way back towards the Village.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued south to see the Sand Martins.
"See you mate."
Beach Buoy scattered some seeds before leaving.

Beach Buoy managed to photograph a few of the Sand Martins.

Skylark at rest.

They crossed the grey rocks, back onto the beach.

Two of the Bay's twenty seven Turbines seemed to be synchronised.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog returned to the north.

A Crow was on lookout duty at Stubborn Dog Stack.

They walked the Tractor Tyre Tracks.

A couple of Beachcombers crossed the "Rail line."

The wreck was still on show.

The Lady with a Red Coat and a Brown Dog called Jasper walked towards the sea.
The Dog had the best of driftwood sticks.

Distant waves were exchanged.

BEACH BUOY.
