16, APRIL 2026. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

Thursday morning.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached Sandy Car Park at 6-59 a.m.

Team One Black Ear had finished their beach walk.
They had seen a Seal on the beach.

Beach Buoy handed over a beach-found Golf Ball before heading to the beach.

They headed to the beach.

There was a light breeze from the south west.
The tide was out beyond the Seaton Carew Wreck.

Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones.

The lady who walks the full length of the beach was to the south.

They headed south too.

The Sea Serpent.

The lady who walks the full length of the beach headed back to the north.
They chatted briefly as she passed.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked the low level route.
Beach Buoy placed two sturdy stones at the base of the small slope.

"Morning Mate."
It was around 7-30.
Beach Buoy added the five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

He had a sit and think on the driftwood seat with an elevated view.

He stood then scattered some seeds for the Crows to have when they were good and ready.
"See you mate."
They crossed over the grey rocks.

The Sunderland shone brightly as they made their way to Sand Martin Corner.

He stood waggling his mobile phone camera at the passing Sand Martins.
Lots of photographs of just sky were later deleted.

He stood beside a tank trap.
It was a make-do writing desk as he made notes in his beach book.

The bird watching couple say on their Sandy balcony with a bird's eye view of the Sand Martins.
To the north, Team Muzzled Dog crossed the grey rocks into the dunes.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog beaded back along the water's edge.
He stopped to chat to Mr.Gunn/ Lunn.
They spoke about the birds.
Beach Buoy said, " l only know one bird's name in Latin. The Manx Shearwater is
Puffinus Puffinus"

He didn't go on to share that the Big Bad Wolf is Huffinus Puffinus.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued to the north.

To the wreck.
More photographs..

The view north.

Looking north again.
The Little Tern Nest site fencing.
The Terns have yet to turn up.

One of the wreck Crows checked to see if Beach Buoy had any more seeds.
He hadn't.
