Saturday morning.
The Gentleman with a determined walking stick headed south along the Esplanade.
"Morning."
"Morning."
One third of Team Mick Aston Jumper were on the Esplanade.
"Morning."
"Morning."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed down the beach access ramp.
It was 7-52.
Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones in the strong wind from the north.
Team One Black Ear caught up from the north.
They walked and chatted.
Milo the Borrowed Dog was back in town.
He dropped his Scooby Doo ball at Beach Buoy's feet.
It's like he has never been away.
Beach Buoy threw the ball for the friendly dog.
A couple walked the water's edge.
They paused to kiss.
Out at sea a Tanker turned to head for the river.
Milo, the borrowed dog went for a closer look.
Team Muzzled Dog caught them up.
They all walked together.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog went to Stubborn Dog Stack.
It was 8-19.
Beach Buoy added five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
They had a sit and think as Gulls hung in the air.
Ruby.
The Tanker was getting closer.
The Pilot Boat and the Tugs were preparing for its arrival.
A Crow was flying overhead.
Beach Buoy stood.
He signalled for the Crow to land on one of the giant pencils if it wanted seed.
It did so.
Who is training who?
Beach Buoy left a pile of seed as he left.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach below.
They stopped to chat to the Sunderland Supporter with a black dog.
The Tanker approached the river.
In total, three Tugs came to guide it down river.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back to the north along the water's edge.
Back to the car park.
BEACH BUOY.
