23 DECEMBER 2025. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrived at the beach at 7-41.

A Jogger and his three dogs headed north along the Esplanade.

They disappeared into the shadows.
It was still dark.

They headed to the beach.
A couple and their dog were to the south.
Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones by torch light.

A mild wind blew from the south west.
The sea seemed to angrier than the wind would suggest.
Unseen Gulls cried overhead.

Beach Buoy found a small fish.
It could have been stunned as the waves hit the beach or perhaps it was dead?
Beach Buoy returned it to the sea.
You never know.

The couple and their dog returned north.

Beach Buoy paused.
He had been up since 2-30.
He was a little under the weather.

They walked the low level route.
Beach Buoy stayed as close as he could to the dune edge so as not to disturb the Shoreline Gulls.

A Crow landed on the grey rocks.

8-11.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added the five suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.

Ruby was so happy to be out.

Beach Buoy had a sit and think.
Team Muzzled Dog came up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
They shared details of how Excellent Dog Alfie had been found and reunited yesterday.
They all recalled the time that their Alfie, the Border Collie went missing for 48 hours.

Team Muzzled |Dog continued southwards along the dune edge.
"See you mate."
Beach Buoy and Another Dog returned to the beach below.

The Sunderland supporter and his rescue dog were down by the sea.
The dark was barking at the sea.
Beach Buoy signalled that he was still unwell and would keep his distance.

They made their way back.

Up on the Esplanade Beach Buoy chatted to the litter pick lady.

BEACH BUOY.
