Beach Buoy was up at 4-40.
He made a coffee.
He drank a coffee.
It looked mild and damp outside.
6-13.
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple passed the house.
Beach Buoy set off in the van.
On The Esplanade...
A man pushed a pushchair with one hand, phone in the other.
The lady who once fell off her bike walked south then north.
It was overcast, misty and damp.
The 7a.m. club and Scruffy the whispy dog were well ahead .
The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple overtook on the inside rails.
The mist claimed some of the views.
There was only a hint of The Headland.
Only the bottom half of the Wind Turbines were on show.
Team one black ear approached.
The dog gave a wag if it's tail as it arrived.
Beach Buoy gave the dog a shoulder scratch.
The owners chatted.
The 7 a.m.
Club passed by.
"Morning Paul."
"Morning."
Waves were exchanged.
Beach Buoy headed for the big slope.
6-53.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long
He drank coffee.
Another Dog lay in the sand by his feet.
Beach Buoy looked at the little dog, wondering just what the little dog was thinking?
That was one of the things that hit Beach Buoy when Stubborn Dog went.
All of the thoughts that it has once thought... Gone.
All of the little decisions the dog made that made him Stubborn Dog... Gone.
"See you mate "
Beach Buoy set off as the Lady who walks the beach below, reached the grey rocks and turned northwards.
There seemed to be a group of twitchers along the "easy" route.
A Sand Martin whizzed by.
One of many.
Bloody Marvellous!
Mr Gunn/Lunn came along with Excellent Alfie.
He had a guest.
Basil the Terrier.
They chatted before heading their own way.
BEACH BUOY.
