TUES, 23, APRIL 2024. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL

Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrived in the beach car park at 6-39 p.m.
It was bright with a chilly breeze from the north.
The tide was well out, although The Seaton Carew Wreck was still to be revealed.

A couple headed back to the car park.

The clouds were grand.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed southwards, but Beach Buoy kept looking back northwards, to the blanket if cloud over the village.

Beach Buoy took photographs and faffed with the filters.
So what?
People can whomp on about
"No filters."
Black and white is a filter
Professional Photographers can use many lens filters and Photoshop the image later too.
Beach Buoy has a cheap phone camera.
Any filter faff is done on foot, at the time
Rant over.

They headed for the big slope, choosing a different filter.

7-07 p.m.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
Someone had kindly placed a large stone, either side of the driftwood wedge about a metre long to stop it flipping over in the wind.
😊

Beach Buoy sat on the secured wedge.
He sipped coffee.
Waves roared.
Gulls soared up and away with the tilt of a wing.

He stood and scooped up Another Dog.

A couple walked by the stack
Greetings were exchanged.
Another couple walked by the stack.
More greetings were exchanged.

After a while.
"See you mate."
They walked the "easy" route.

A slow walk back with a Gull escort, flying low, almost alongside.
"Hi Dad."

BEACH BUOY.
