Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach car park at 5-36 a.m.
Overnight HGVs ran their engines.
It was overcast and cold.
The Sunrise was taking place behind closed doors.
Beach Buoy was about to set off along the beach.
A lady turned up with her dog.
Beach Buoy waited, let them have plenty of space.
In time, they headed to the beach.
A Crow flew close to the sea, like a Gull's shadow.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed south.
They climbed the big slope.
Beach Buoy paused at the top.
He often does.
The Skylarks sang.
He hadn't seen another Sand Martin since that one at Stubborn Dog Stack on the 13th of April.
He watched the white-edged grey sea.
They walked the "easy" route.
6-21.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added four stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
Beach Buoy pulled up two hoods
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.
Coffee.
Chocolate.
Beach notes.
He watched the sea and sky.
He watched as two Ducks flew from from dune to sea and back again.
Gulls put on an aerial display as they chased one with a scrap of food.
"See you mate."
Back to the beach...
A couple walked the water's edge to the south.
The lady that walks the length of the beach passed by.
Not too distant waves were shared.
"Morning."
"Morning."
A slow walk back.
Beach Buoy sat in the front of the van he nodded off.
Out of nowhere a big gust of wind rocked the van at 7-32.
Awake.
BEACH BUOY.
