16 APRIL 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 6-26 p.m.
It was sunny with a slight chill in the air.

A strong wind from earlier in the day had dropped right off.

The tide was well out.
There wasn't many people or dogs about.
The Seaton Carew Wreck was on show with a temporary crew of four.
A lady with a Yapping Spaniel head first south then north.

A young couple stood at the top of the highest dune.
King and Queen of the for today at least.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed for the big slope.
The slope had caught the evening sun.
The took the "easy" route to Stubborn Dog Stack.

6-50.
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the driftwood wedge about a metre long.

He sat watching people and dogs on the beach below.
The Sun slipped behind a cloud.
Angled shafts of sunlight shining through breaks in the cloud, replaced last night's angled rain.

"See you Mate.
They returned to the beach.

A couple with three dogs led the way back.
The dog's barked seemed to echo off one another.

Two ladies walked south as they chatted.
One wore RNLI type yellow wellingtons.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog continued their slow walk back.

A man stood alone.
He looked at the sky blue sky and the sea blue sea.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed back.

Beach Buoy replaced a faulty indicator bulb.
They were on the blink.
Well, they were once it was replaced.
It took all of a minute to change.
Great but simple design on the twenty one year old van.
