SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL 26, OCT 2022.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog arrived at the beach at 3-48 p.m.

It was very mild and slightly breezy.

Two Mams sat in unfolded folding chairs, watching their children play by the sea.

It was half term.

A few family groups were scattered around the beach.

The tide well in, not far off being high.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed south.
Hundreds of Yawning Mussels crunched underfoot.

As they continued south a bright sun seemed to become brighter.

The white edges of broken waves seemed whiter and more crisp.

It was a grand afternoon.
A family headed back north.
It was clear that they wanted the dogs to greet one another.
The man stood in the background, possibly less keen to chat?
The lady explained it was their first dog.
"She thinks she's a Doberman." said the lady looking at her tiny black and brown dog.
Beach Buoy asked what the dog was called.
"Summer."
It was Summer on the beach.
Beach Buoy introduced Ruby, aka Another Dog.
Beach Buoy told the story of the stack, he has become that man.
"Each beach walk must be poignant for you?"
" Yes."
They said farewell before going the separate ways.

The pair headed up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
Beach Buoy had collected two large stones.
These were added
THE
stone was patted.
"Afternoon Mate."

Beach Buoy drank coffee.
He enjoyed the mild day.
"See you mate."

They headed through the dunes for a short while.
The view from the
stack at high tide was gorgeous.

They headed back to the north.

Dune Peaks and charismatic clouds made a great combination.

The tide began to turn.
They ambled back to the van.
It seemed like it was the middle of a summer's afternoon.
It would dark in less than two hours.

 Summer had came and gone.

BEACH BUOY.
