Scattercash Beach Buoy reached the beach at 5-45 p.m.
Free parking started at 6.
Beach Buoy believes all parking should be free by the sea.
A sea tax.
He paid the £1-50; 10 p per minute.
He made sure to use as much shrapnel as possible.
The multiple coins clattered as they dropped into the machine.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the beach access ramp.
Two sea swimmers were just about to leave the beach.
Off in the distance, to the south a lady and her waggy Spaniel headed for the ramp too.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed for the water's edge.
A woman walked ahead of them.
She was taking and making a phone call.
Her little dog trotted behind her at a canny distance.
Every now and then the little dog would pause to see if it's owner had realised, she hadn't.
The disappointed looking dog would trot along,
catch up.
A parcel of Oyster Catchers flew south.
The phone call lady and her tag-along dog led the way southwards.
Beach Buoy had a shingle search.
There was a few pieces of sea pottery.
Planes crossed the sky.
The sea serpent crossed the bay.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog went up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
"Evening Mate."
A high tide filled the bay.
Small blackflies filled the chilled air; autumn deniers.
"See you mate."
They went back down the sandy slope to the narrow beach.
The sea almost seemed to fold onto the beach's sand.
Beach Buoy paused
To be honest he is fast becoming an expert at that.
Guess crossed the bay from north to south in a closed bracket pattern.
The birds formed more of a vee as they approached the river.
The turned west at the river.
Their shape changed once more into what looked like a odd-legged 7.
They headed back north alongside the sea
Numerous Gulls drifted out to sea, calling as they did so.
Two Swans replaced the Gulls inland in complete silence.
BEACH BUOY.
