SEATON SANDS AND PROM. 06 JUNE 2020.

Beach Buoy and Stubborn Dog arrived at 6-15 pm.
It was windy and looked like rain.
The tide was high, so it was a narrow beach this evening.
The Sea was grey and edged in white.
The sky was full of clouds, all different; but lighter shades of grey .

The wind was coming form the north.

They headed south.
The Little Terns must have been grounded, thanks to the wind?
They are such slight birds.
Large Gulls struggled to move north .
They would try, then peel off to the dunes and be gone in an instant.
Lines of sea-foam trembled, like jelly on a washing machine on its spin cycle.

They stacked the stack.
The sky seemed to clearing  to the north.

The Village became brighter.

The strong wind had blown the cloudy sky south.

Later... around 8-35pm
Beach Buoy headed out on his bike, for a ride along the promenade.
The wind had all but gone and the sky was a clear as could be.
It felt like a different day.

He paused to photograph the sea glass
sculpture
