Sunday.
After missing out on an early trip to elsewhere, Another Dog stood on guard duty at the front door.
"You're not leaving me next time."
Little did she know that the next stop was the beach.
They had parked up in Seaton Park
at 9-54 a.m.
They crossed the Esplanade.
They headed down the Station Road access ramp.
Once on the beach a little dog began to run to them.
"Is it OK if she says hello?"
It was.
The little dog was called Daisy.
The owners chatted.
The man went on to say he had lived here 25 years.
He came from Wolverhampton.
A Wanderers fan.
They went their separate ways.
The beach was bright and breezy, the tide way out.
A detectorist scanned the beach.
It was a long walk with such a low tide.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the wreck.
The wreck today.
Beach Buoy has began to photograph Gulls to help him draw them a little more accurately.
Up on the strand-line two dog walkers dragged driftwood.
Another Gull.
It was bright.
Not full Bright Yellow Sun, just a crisp white light.
Another Gull.
Click.
The timbers of a second wreck can show sometimes.
The tide has to be low.
As you can see the tide is way out beyond this second wreck.
The second wreck today.
Family groups walked with their dogs.
Beach Buoy turned to the dunes.
He gathered five suitable stones.
He and Another Dog walked the low level route.
"Morning Mate."
It was 10-52.
The Brakesy painted stone had gone.
☹️
Beach Buoy added the suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat in the driftwood plank with plenty of rust.
He wondered about the stone thief.
Oddly it seemed to be less windy up on the dunes.
They had a hint of the full warmth of the Sun.
For a while it was more than peaceful.
For a moment or two, both Beach Buoy and Another Dog nodded off.
"See you mate."
They returned to the beach.
To the low level route.
Dune folk stood on a raised dune.
A family walked the water's edge like mountaineers.
Tied together for safety.
A Loss of three Metal Detectorists walked south on the strand-line.
The Seafront.
Beach Art by Others.
BEACH BUOY.
