16, MARCH 2025. SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL.

 Sunday.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog parked up in Sandy Car Park.

A lady was trying to pay at the parking meter.

"Excuse me, it's free before nine!"

"Is it, oh thank you."

"Definitely."

The lady, her dog and a young lad headed down the access ramp.

They headed south.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the sea.

The 7 a.m. club had already passed by heading back towards the Village Green area.
A handful of cat treats and a handful of Crows.

Memorial flowers, scattered along the strand-line.

Hot Tent for the sea swimmers at the southernmost end of The Esplanade.

The tide was a good way out but the Seaton Carew Wreck was still at sea.

The Beachcombing Border Collie Couple headed back northwards.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog ambled south.
Team One Black Ear caught up.
They chatted.
Milo the borrowed Boisterous Black Labrador was being his usual handful.
They went their separate ways.

The car park group were heading back.
Rocky, their boxer dog came over.
He was friendly.
They chatted.
Blackhall is their usual beach of choice.
They went their separate ways.

"Morning Mate."
7-36 a.m.
Beach Buoy added suitable stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a driftwood plank with plenty of rust.

Lazy rain spots fell.
It didn't matter.

Sometimes, the direction of the wind and the position of the Sun combine to show flashes of light on the rotating turbine blades.
As the Sun moved, other turbines took their turn to shine.

"See you mate."
They returned to the north.

Draining beach water meandered like a fairy tale footpath.

Others headed south by the sea, making their own stories.

Not Not Beach Buoy ran from the beach to the south end of The Esplanade with his delightful little dog.

To the north, down in front of the Village Green the Brass Monkey Swimmers were in the sea.

The outgoing tide had exposed the wreck once again.

Gulls stood nearby.
They looked a little like a shipwreck art installation.
