SEATON SANDS, HARTLEPOOL. 6, DEC. 2024.

Beach Buoy made a coffee and a toasted teacake.

He sat a while.

He and Another Dog headed to Seaton Carew Park in the van.

Fingerpost Friday on The Esplanade.

They headed down the beach access ramp that sloped in front of the Beach Huts.
They reached the beach at 8-01.
The Village Church Bells rang
for 8 a.m. at 8-04.
A man in the distance waved.
It looked like Team One Black Ear.
It wasn't.
The man had been waving to the man behind Beach Buoy.
Beach Buoy had waved back

Unperturbed, Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed southwards.
It was chilly.
There was a breeze from the west.
The tide was well in but heading out.

Beach Buoy collected five beach stones for  Stubborn Dog Stack.
They were all about the same size but varied in colour.

At 8-15, the beach tractor trundled down the beach access ramp.

Off to move sand around in the biggest sand pit in town.

Silhouettes of Pebbles with Legs scampered along the water's edge.

A man and his dog headed north.

Sea Swimmers to the North, in front of the Village Green.

A lady marched to the south as if rushing to be closer to the Sun when it rose.
To  obtain a better photograph perhaps.

8-18 a.m.
The Sun gave it's first peek over the hilltop.
It was a fresh start to the day.
Saying that, Beach Buoy  didn't find the need to raise hoods ( X2) or wear gloves.

Beach Buoy checked back to the north.
His sunshine shadow was faint.
It seemed to stretch for over half a beach.

They climbed The Big Slope.
They walked the "easy" route.

"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on a double-planked bench.

They watched the world go by...

Beach Buoy stood up.

"See you mate."

They slid down the small slope to the beach below.
The tide was going out
It had exposed some unsearched shingle.

Beach Buoy searched the shingle.

A horserider travelled the dune edge.

The horse was soon by the sea.

A lady in a While Puffa Jacket headed south along the water's edge.
It was as bright as could be in the bright sunlight.
In Beach Buoy's mins she resembled a cloud with legs, drifting southwards.

Sea pottery base.
Found on more exposed shingle.
With it being a strawberry, possibly a cream jug?
The pattern is olive green in colour.

They left the beach behind.
For now...

BEACH BUOY.
