Just Beach Buoy and Another Dog today.
They reached Seaton Park just before
9 a.m.
They had chatted to Mr.Gunn/Lunn in the car park.
Beach Buoy petted Excellent Dog Alfie as they talked.
They had just finished their circular walk of around four miles
They went their separate ways.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the Esplanade.
"Morning." said a lady.
She had a Stubborn looking dog with her.
"Morning."
They confirmed both dogs were Lhassa Appso and Stubborn.
Beach Buoy told the story of the Stubborn Dog Stack.
"Oh all of those stones, l have heard about them."
They went their separate ways.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to the beach.
It was 9-05 a.m.
It was windy and very mild.
The gusting wind came from the south east.
A man headed south.
His Chocolate Labrador led the way.
To the south, a lady walked two small dogs.
Up ahead, Beach Buoy could see that the sea had just cleared The Seaton Carew Wreck.
The wreck today.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog wandered along the blowy beach.
He collected five beach stones for the stack as he walked.
It was one of those days when, at times, the sea and sky looked to be completely different colours.
So often they seem to mirror one another.
A lady and her Spaniel walked northwards by the sea.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog made their way to Stubborn Dog Stack.
They went the low level route.
Another Dog scampered her way up the small slope ahead of Beach Buoy.
She preceded to back kick sand at Beach Buoy as he climbed up the slope.
"Morning Mate."
Beach Buoy brushed the sand from his coat.
He added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He sat on the double driftwood bench.
He made notes in his beach book.
A large confused fly landed the book.
Gone in an instant.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog stayed longer.
In time.
"See you mate."
They slid down to the beach below.
A coffee drinking couple had turned at the grey rocks.
They and their dog were now heading back to the village.
A human "groyne." walked southwards.
The "Groyne turned as one.
They headed to the dune edge.
The "Groyne " turned out to be seven colourful hikers.
They climbed the big slope after pausing at it's base to adjust rucksacks.
The wind seemed to have picked up?
A Gull seemed to put on a show for Beach Buoy and Another Dog.
It hung twisting in the air right near them.
It looked like one of those stunt kites from Beach Buoy's childhood.
The teenage years.
Another Gull rose from the nearby rocks.
It had a scrap of food and seven more Gulls in hot pursuit.
The food was dropped.
Bing Bong.
Another site message drifted off to sea.
10-15.
Wednesday.
Local sites tested their alarms.
They passed the wreck once more on the way back.
The tide was still going out.
The Sun briefly shone a little more brightly.
Sunshine shadows joined them.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to The Esplanade.
The council tractor driver was in his cab.
Possibly wondering just where the sand would snake to next?
They crossed the road to the park.
A wind-blown Union Jack was flapping, wrapped around a
KEEP LEFT SIGN

Beach Buoy wondered if the wind was giving out political advice now?
