SEATON SANDS HARTLEPOOL.28, DEC. 2024.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog walked to the beach.

It was a foggy morning.

All of the street lights had been turned off bar one.

It was acting as a beacon for anyone wanting to find number 134.

Beach Buoy drifted from Clock Tower to the beach, as did the cold, damp air.

On The Esplanade he chatted to Mr.Gunn/Lunn.

He was heading to the beach too.

Today as well as the excellent dog Alfie, he a borrowed Dog also.

They went the same but separate ways.

There were horses down by the sea.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed for the wreck.

Distant waves were shared with Team One Black Ear.
A borrowed dog was with them too.
That time of year, minding other's dogs.

The wreck.
The tide was out beyond it.

The horse riders headed back to the horse boxes that were up in the car park.

A Gull chased a Crow.
It was clear that the Crow wasn't concerned at all. It wasn't going to drop it's food.
The Gull gave up.

Three people with four dogs were down by the water's edge.
They were only metres apart but shouted as if they were lost in the fog.

Shingle scatter lay ahead.

Sea pottery.

Sea pottery.
MALING POTTERY.
Made in both Sunderland and Newcastle.

As well as the pottery, Beach Buoy collected five suitable stones for Stubborn Dog Stack.
They walked the low level route to the Stack.

"Morning Mate."
It was 8-49.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone.
He didn't take a seat.
With it being foggy he may not see as others with dogs approaching up in the dunes.

"See you mate."

They returned to the beach the way they had came.

Beach cleaned.

A man walked two German Shepherds near the sea.
They were off the lead.
Thankfully they were off chasing uncatchable birds along the water's edge.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog returned to the north.
They walked a seacoal-edged strand-line.

A man passed by with two dogs.
They had never met before.
"Morning."
"Morning."

They continued going their separate ways.

Suddenly the light changed.

Beach Buoy looked in the direction of the Sun.

Up to the north, more and more landmarks were becoming visible minute by minute.
Clock Tower...
The Front...
The Staincliffe...
The Headland...

One of the German Shepherds bounded northwards chasing more uncatchable birds.

The Sun even showed up " in person."

The dog ran back to it's owner as the fog was pressganged into a life at sea, thanks to a drier, slightly stronger breeze.

An unexpected blue sky.

It was so very strange seeing such a defined end of the fog.

Long list sunshine shadows.

Watching the fog roll out to sea.
A man shares the unusual spectacle.

Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed to The Esplanade.
They chatted to one third of Team Mick Aston Jumper.
They went their separate ways.

The Wood fired Pizza Truck was heading off to set up for the day.
They are giving it all up at the end of the year.
