Beach Buoy and Another Dog reached the beach at 7-01 p.m.
It was mild, overcast , the tide was well out .
They headed for a line, midway between the strand-line and the sea.
To the north, a group of people stood together.
A lady, her daughter and their dog were heading back in the direction of the car park.
The lady and girl laughed at the sight of Another Dog as she applied the brakes in the style of Stubborn Dog.
They came over so the dogs could say hello.
The chatted as the dogs played.
The lady's son was in the group to the north; The Boys Brigade.
Walking the beach is better than sitting in the car waiting.
They went their separate ways.
Beach Buoy and Another Dog headed south.
They ambled along.
A hand in hand couple overtook them.
They headed up to Stubborn Dog Stack.
Beach Buoy added some stones.
He patted
THE
stone
"Evening Mate."
Beach Buoy sat on a stack stone.
He watched as water's edge walkers stopped to examine tangles of seaweed.
A Dip dip dip, big blue ship left the River, before rounding the Wind Turbines to head south.
"See you mate "
They headed back.
A Little Tern passed with a small fish in its grasp. A Large Clumsy looking Gull followed. A double tilt turn by the Little Tern and the Gull gave up the chase.
